Raymond L. French - President (rfrench@telecomtowergroup.com):
Mr. French has had two careers in the telecommunications industry; first in the U. S. Air Force ascending to Colonel serving in organizations of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for C3I, Headquarters Air Force, Major Command Headquarters, and Command positions. His second career is in the private sector; defense and entrepreneurial start up companies, holding senior level positions with Fortune 200 companies and entrepreneurial start-ups. During the last eleven years Mr. French has been in the wireless cell site tower industry and brings a keen operational understanding and technical insight to the Build-to-Suit (BTS) processes and procedures. From 1997 to 2000, he was part of the staff that turned around UNIsite, Inc. from a Site Management Company to a premier BTS provider for Omnipoint Communications and its network launches. In January 2000 UNIsite was merged with American Tower Corporation (ATC) where Mr. French assumed responsibility for merging UNIsite’s 600 tower portfolio into ATC Regions and Areas. Mr. French also functioned as the single point-of-contact for Site Management Agreements for U. S. Postal Service facilities and MCI tower portfolio for wireless operator’s use and collocations. Mr. French established relationships with the major wireless operator’s turnkey vendors and the wireless operators to provide Site Acquisition Services and BTS services, where he developed strong customer relations, generated solid growth goals and consistently obtained high performance levels, and creating a faithful customer relationship. In January 2006, Mr. French joined a newly start-up BTS company, Skyway Towers, LLC, as the Director of Operations, and was instrumental in establishing its back office processes and procedures to construct BTS towers. He was an integral part of the team that implemented Property Management, Finance, and other related functions. Mr. French holds MSEE and BSEE degrees from the Air Force Institute of Technology, Masters in International Relations, Industrial College of Armed Forces, BS Mathematics, University of Tulsa.

Janet Mitchell - Finance and Accounting (jmitchell@telecomtowergroup.com)
Ms. Mitchell is responsible for finance and accounting at Telecom Tower Group. Since 1999, Janet has advised and assisted several companies with financial projects such as development of financial statements and projections, SEC filings, valuation analysis, acquisition review and due diligence, capital raising transactions, business plan development and other general corporate finance related projects. Representative clients include the NASDAQ stock market (2000-2003: numerous assignments at NASDAQ including Chief of Staff for the Chief Financial Officer), National Review magazine (2001-2003: valuation for tax purposes), CyLynx Technologies (2000-2001: corporate finance advisor to CEO), Ivex Packaging Corporation (2000: investor presentation development), and AssetPlanner (2000: corporate finance advisor to CEO). During 1994-1999, Janet was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and at Kidder Peabody. Prior to business school, she worked in the treasury department at Heller International and as an auditor at Arthur Anderson. Janet received her MBA with highest honors at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Management with a concentration in Analytic Finance in 1994, and a B.S. in Accounting (Summa cum laude) from Illinois State.
